Raymond R. Sholler, Sr., was born Oct. 22, 1944 in Syracuse, NY and passed away Dec. 31, 2012 at home in Sparta, KY with his family present. He worked for the Covington Water Works for 13 years, then went to work for General Motors. He retired from General Motors in 2006 after 30 years of service. He was a 32nd degree Mason, member of Scottish Rite, a UAW member and IBN Saud Grotto member in Kokomo, IN. Raymond is survived by his Wife of 47 years, Patty Sue. 3 Sons & Spouses: Raymond, Jr. & Sonya, Anthony & Bobbie Jo and Michael & Katie. 7 Grandchildren: Amanda, Kevin, Kenny, T.J., Kyle, Michael and Patrick; 5 Step-Grandchildren: Donald, Fawn, Cory, Chris and Sara; 2 Great Grandchildren: Donovan and MaKenzie; 4 Brothers: Richard, Gene, Mark and Ralph, Jr.; 5 Sisters: Marilyn, Christine, Janice, Julia and Donna; Numerous Nieces and Nephews. He was dearly loved by his family and will be deeply missed. The Visitation will be on Sat., Jan. 5, 2013 at Connley Brothers Funeral Home in Latonia, KY from 9:30 AM until the Service at 11 AM. Aunt Pat & kids,grand kids,& great grand kids, There are no words that I can say that will take away the pain that you all are enduring. I just want you all to know that you are in my thoughts and prayers and Uncle Ray will forever be missed and always be in my heart. I love u all and may god bless and ease ur pain. It is with deep sadness that our Family has lost yet another person we love so very much. I know that Uncle Ray is in the arms of Jesus as well as reunited with his mother, father, sister's and brother's waiting to greet him. I enjoyed all of our New Year's Eve's that we shared together I enjoyed Uncle Rays sense of humor and will hold on to the comedian that he was The Sholler family has lost A GREAT HUSBAND,FATHER,GRANDPA,UNCLE AND FRIEND. You will be deeply missed by EVERYONE I love you Uncle Ray and we will meet again.

To all who Loved Uncle Ray on this extremely emotional day , Unfortunately distance has prevented me from coming in person to offer my respect and condolences to each and every one of you who is feeling this tremendous loss to our family . I am honored to have the opportunity to express myself to all. To say that tears should not be shed when such a loved family member has passed away would be senseless.
