James "Jim" Lee Baumgardner, 82, of Villa Hills, KY, passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. He was a practicing member of the Protestant faith. Jim was a 1961 graduate of Western Hills High School in Cincinnati, OH. He went on to earn his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Cincinnati. Jim retired from a career in transportation and logistics. He was preceded in death by his parents: Robert and Veachel Baumgardner and siblings: Mary Catherine Deal and Lawrence Baumgardner. Jim is survived by his loving wife of 60 years: Ann L. Baumgardner; children: Tammy Baumgardner, Terry Baumgardner and Katie Baumgardner and brother: Tom Baumgardner. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 from 10:00 AM until the Funeral Service at 12:00 PM (Noon) at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, 11 East Southern Avenue, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015.
