Jacob Allen Reynolds, the deeply cherished son of Sarah Reynolds, was born absent from a beating heart on June 17, 1997-a day that forever changed his mother's heart.
Though Jacob's time here was brief, his presence has never faded. He has been lovingly carried in his mother's heart every single day, remembered in quiet moments, in whispered prayers, and in the enduring love that only a mother can hold. To his loving mother, Jacob has always been her precious little bear-small in size, immeasurable in love, and remembered with the softness and comfort of a teddy bear.

Jacob is reunited in eternal love with his grandfather, Steve Reynolds.
His memory is lovingly carried by his mother, Sarah K. Reynolds; his grandmother, Laura Reynolds; his aunts, Mary (Chad) Landis and Laura "Fran" (Robert) Fox; his brother, Andrew Reynolds; his cousins, Amber (Josh) Hardy, Ryan (Audry) Collins, Hope, Grace, and Alex Landis, Naomi, Rosalina, and Aliya Fox, Bailey and Layla Hardy, and Ryder and Ruby Collins; along with a host of extended family and close friends.
A graveside service will be held at Highland Cemetery in Ft. Mitchell, on Friday, September 11, 2026 at 11:00AM. The service will be officiated by Reverand Mike Sweeney.
