Gregory Wayne Densler, 72, of Lakeside Park, KY, passed away on Friday, September 11, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. He was a member of Immanuel Church in Lakeside Park, KY. Greg's greatest priority in life was his family. He cherished every moment with his wife, daughters, and grandchildren, and his love for them was at the heart of everything he did. Two of his favorite places to spend time with family were Destin, FL and South Haven, MI. Greg was an avid golfer and a passionate collector of sports memorabilia and art. He was a devoted fan of local sports teams and never missed an opportunity to watch the games. He studied nature and plants and knew all there was to know about landscaping. Greg retired as a manufacturing supervisor with Signode/ITW after 37 years of service. He was a sharer of wealth and knowledge, always willing to give something to someone. He thoughtfully donated his body to the University of Cincinnati, Department of Anatomy for medical education and research in the hope that his passing may benefit others. The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to St. Elizabeth Hospice, especially Brittney, Nicole, Ashley, and Micah, for the loving care, compassion, and support they provided throughout this past year. Greg is survived by his loving wife of 50 years: Cindy Arlinghaus Densler; daughters: Stephanie (Ryan) Kendall and Stacey (Chris) Varley; siblings: Brenda (Dwight) Penick, Karen Densler, Tim (Renee) Densler and Diana (Bob) Ginn; grandchildren: Hugo, Leo, Margo, Gribben, Ella and Caden and several nieces and nephews. Visitation and Memorial Service date and times are pending at Immanuel Church, 2551 Dixie Highway, Lakeside Park, KY 41017. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Immanuel Church/Food Pantry, 2551 Dixie Highway, Lakeside Park, KY 41017 (and/or) Go Pantry, 7453 Empire Drive, Suite 300, Florence, KY 41042.
