Richard A. Ruprecht, 77, of Latonia, KY, passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2026. He attended Holy Cross High School and was a member of Holy Cross Parish in Covington, KY. Richard was a graduate of Dixie Heights High School in Edgewood, KY, and earned his bachelor's degree from Thomas More University in Crestview Hills, KY. After college, Richard served in the U.S. Army Reserves. He went on to work at the family business, becoming owner/operator before retiring after 50+ years of service from Doppes Building Materials in Cincinnati, OH. Richard enjoyed golf and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents: Frank and Lucille Ruprecht; long-time companion: Tracy Wagner and brothers: Charles (living: Millie) Ruprecht and Ken Ruprecht. Richard is survived by his son: Matthew (Laura) Ruprecht and grandchildren: Tyson Ruprecht and Olivia Ruprecht. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Memorial Visitation will take place on Sunday, September 20, 2026 from 10:00 AM until the Catholic Prayer Service at 12:00 PM (Noon) at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, 11 East Southern Avenue, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015.
