Donna Jo Schulte Nowak, age 76 of Taylor Mill, KY passed away on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Health Care Hospice in Edgewood, KY. She was a member of Holy Cross Church. A Volunteer at Holy Cross Church, Holy Cross Grade School and Holy Cross High School. As a Hobby and for exercise, Donna enjoyed walking. She was preceded in death by her Husband, James O. Nowak in 2011 and a Son, Jeff A. Nowak in 2010. Donna is survived by her Son: Richard Joseph (Terri) Nowak of Taylor Mill, KY; Sister: Barbara Taylor of Crestview, FL; Daughter-in-Law: Theresa M. Nowak of Independence, KY; 1 Grandchild: Tyler Nowak of Independence, KY; 3 Step-Grandchildren and 3 Step-Great Grandchildren. Donna was the most amazing woman I have ever met. I want you to know that she will forever be in our hearts. I tried to stay in contact with her but she pushed me away never returning calls and disappearing. I know in my heart that she was a giving person who never wanted anything in return. What she gave to our family can never be returned. I am deeply sorry I missed this but I know she knows what she will forever mean to us. You were the luckiest family in the world for having her and we were lucky to have shared her with you. She loved you all dearly and talked with great love for each of you. I share in your loss and hope you find peace in knowing that God gets to have one of his precious angels closer to him.
