Eugene Forest Talbert, 59, of Covington, KY passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2016. He was retired from the Cincinnati Enquirer where he worked as a Pressman. His hobbies included making model cars and collecting cars. He was a Catholic by faith. He was preceded in death by his father: Eugene Talbert. Eugene is survived by his mother: Reva Talbert; daughter: Sara (Clint Walker, Jr.) Talbert; son: Shane Talbert; sisters: Linda (John) Doherty and Joan Talbert; brothers: Stephen Talbert and Tommy Talbert and grandchild: Jace Walker. Visitation and services will be held at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, 11 E. Southern Avenue, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015 on Monday, November 28, 2016 from 10 AM until service time at 12 Noon. At John 5:28,29 Jesus spoke about the hope of the resurrection. You are in our thoughts as well.

My deepest sympathy to the entire Tolbert Family. Gene was a very close friend during our Elementary and High School years and beyond. Memories of our many times together will always be close to my heart! Sorry I was unable to make the service. My Prayers & Thoughts are with the Family. God Bless All and may Gene Rest In Peace!
