My sincere condolences. I knew Brian way back when he lived in Valley Stream, NY where I met him through my cousins who lived there also. “Murph” was one of the funniest, wittiest guys I knew. Even at that age, he was a gentleman. He and one of my cousins were driving through New Jersey when the car broke down. I received a phone call and I drove out to help them. It was on I-80. None of us had any money for a tow. Brian came up with what I thought was genius. One of us would drive my car and the other two would sit on my hood. I pulled up closer and closer to the disabled car until they could put their feet on back of the car. I then drove very slowly as they held their legs out straight and we managed to push that car all the way to the end of an exit ramp and into a safe place. The New Jersey Trooper who arrived seconds later was not amused. I have a headful of memories involving Murph. Each and every one those memories is good and they still make me smile. Rest in Peace Murph.
