Michelle Ann Chadwell- Dowell loving sister. Michelle’s laughter will be missed by all who knew her. Every person has the right to live there lives how they wish, that is what freedom is all about. Michelle exercised this right and should not be considered a bad person. I will miss Michelle so will everyone who had the pleasure of her company.
