Gertrude "Trudy" Baur, 98, of Ft. Thomas, KY passed away on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at Carmel Manor. She was a homemaker and a member of St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church. Trudy was preceded in death by her husband: Raymond A. Baur; sister: Betty West and brother: Paul Tattershall. She is survived by her daughters: Rosalie (Terry) Stith and Nadine (Jim) Hall; grandchildren: Adam Stith and Cassandra Bradley; 11 great- grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild and sister-in-law: Stella Tattershall. A celebration of Trudy's life will take place at a later date. Memorials are suggested to St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church, 619 O'Fallon Avenue, Dayton, KY 41074. I used to be Trudy’s neighbor on Park Avenue. I have fond memories of Trudy. My daughter, who was a toddler then, and I would hang out at Trudy’s house while Trudy and I socialized. I still remember her voice and sweet nature. She had a blue living room with a lot of nick-nacks, and she was always so loving with my daughter. Condolences from the Lee family.

I am so sorry to hear that Trudy is no longer with us. Her bright smile whenever I came home to St John's is what I will remember most. A light has gone out in our lives, but we are all better for having known her.

My heart is heavy of sadness. Joe let me know yesterday. Rosalie and Nadine your mother was a beautiful lady. I have some many cherish memories of her. She was a very good friend to mom when she needed her the most. My thoughts are with you both in this time. God bless you and your family.
