Milton came on the Police Department on the same day as I did in Sept. 1961.Milton was a reliable Officer who you could depend on to do the right thing in any circumstance.He became a mintor to many younger officers. I am sure he aided many officers in their career as law enforcement Offecers.He became to be known as “Uncle Miltie’ to many. He will be greatly missed.Art Heeger,Chief of Police Covington, Retired
