Corey K. Jarrell

On behalf of myself, my sister Constance Simpson, and husband Marvin Williams, I offer our deepest, and most sincere condolences to Nancy, Vada, Emily and the rest of the Perry family. I loved Elisa Perry. I met her when she was quite young, ironically at a funeral, and we bonded immediately over so many different things like books, old pictures, old movies, anything old, thrifting, good gossip, laughter, Facebook friends, magic, spirituality, ghosts, and … family matters. I’m told that she felt safe and surrounded by love with me and Marvin. We went together like “peas and carrots” … until we didn’t. I’ve missed Elisa terribly these last ten years, but even then, she was always in my heart. She will forever be in all of our hearts. With much love, and respect, Cousin Corey.
