To the Entire Volpenhein Family
When I was a kid, I knew Charlie from our old neighborhood, on Philadelphia Street in Covington. After we moved to Latonia, I started seeing Charlie at the Kroger Store on 15th and Madison where I worked for many years.
MR. Volpenhein, as I knew him, was as kind of a person as I have ever met. He will surely be missed. He is in our prayers.
