I am Paul Washnock’s sister. My brother just told me of Fred’s death. I wanted to send you all my condolences. My memories of Fred are of a caring man and a wonderful friend to my brother,Paul. May God watch over you and all of Fred’s family and grant Fred peace and joy in Heaven.
