I just found out today, and I was in total shock…I couldn’t believe it. I knew Bill and his wife through the VIPS program and I am honored to have known him and gone through VIPS with him and Julie. Bill was an amazing person and always had a smile on his face ! To Julie and the rest of the Hipple family, my deepest thoughts and prayers are with you all right now.
