I had the pleasure of meeting Craig at the 2022 AMI Build A Better Agency Conference. While our meeting and brief words we shared were only fleeting, I was witness to the AMI Community’s adoration and appreciation of him. Many times I saw him across the room, engaged in deep conversation, making folks smile and laugh. It so clear, even from a distance, how genuine and deeply caring he was. Many times since I have heard his name and learned about the difference he made for folks in the community. Barnes family and friends, I share this message so you can see just how far the ripple effect of Craig’s actions and dedication stretch in the world. I’m certain that his brilliance will continue to shine on through all of the energy, care and commitment he dedicated to the AMI Community. I’m deeply sorry for your loss.
