I\’m very sorry to hear this news. Craig was a great mentor to me personally and to our agency. He had really great room tone – always made people feel comfortable to share warts and all, free from judgment, and was always generous with support and guidance. He definitely helped make me a better manager and helped put HelpGood on a great path forward. My condolences to his family and friends and to the rest of the AMI agency leads who I\’m confident will continue to be influenced by Craig long into the future.
