Dayton has lost a community leader. Katie was instrumental in bringing the NATO PA to life, spearheading the visual efforts downtown including the Dayton Peace Sign that is now outside the Schuster Center, and even coining the phrase ‘NATO Village.’ Our community is forever changed because of her dedication and vision at the DDP. Katie will be missed, my condolences go out to Katie’s family and loved ones.
