Ann J. Schlachter, 74, passed away at her residence in Ryland Heights, Kentucky on Friday, November 13, 2015. She devoted her life to her family and she enjoyed gardening, shopping and sewing. Ann is survived by her husband: Don Schlachter; daughters: Debora (Phil) Sebastian and Angela M. Stephenson; sons: Mark D. Schlachter, Timothy Louis (JoAnn) Schlachter and Kenneth (Rachel) Schlachter; 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; sisters: Barbara (Jack) Faulkner and Brenda Lewis; brothers: Raymond Anderson, Richard (Linda) Anderson, Gary (Rose) Anderson and Ronnie (Sherry) Anderson; numerous nieces and nephews and sister-in-law: Barbara (Nick) Carlin. Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 from 10 AM until the funeral service at 12 PM (noon) at Connley Brothers Funeral Home in Latonia, Kentucky. I enjoyed meeting Ann for the first time at your home a few years ago when I visited Ken and Rachel. She seemed very proud and loved her family and told such good stories about her plants and pond and
her creative skills at sewing. She volunteered for her community and her kids have big shoes to fill. Sorry for your loss and suffering.
