April Denise Farmer, 64, of Covington, KY, passed away on Friday, January 31, 2025. She worked as a custodian for several schools in the Northern Kentucky area. April enjoyed watching sports and spending time with her neighbors, friends and family. She was preceded in death by her parents: Herschel and Mary Farmer, Sr.; daughter: Denise Lynn Spicer; brothers: James (living: Linda) Farmer, John (living: Charlene) Farmer, David Farmer and Frank (late: Melinda) Farmer; sister: Audrey "Pat" (late: Butch) Herthel and 1 grandchild. April is survived by her children: Tanya Lynn Enzeweiler and Donald McKinney Spicer, Jr.; siblings: Herschel (Carol) Farmer, Jr., Richard (Carla) Farmer, Nancy (late: Shawn) Fulmer, Barbara Farmer, Elizabeth Freed Combs, Pamela Farmer, Mary Farmer, Jeffrey Farmer, Mark Farmer and Gregory (Tammy) Farmer and special nephew: Gregory David Farmer. Also surviving are several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A Graveside Service for April will take place on Thursday, February 6, 2025 at 12:00 PM (Noon) at Evergreen Cemetery, 25 Alexandria Pike, Southgate, KY 41071. Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital c/o stjude.org. Connley Brothers Funeral Home, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015 is serving the family. April was a good sister in law. I never has sisters, besides my brothers wives, my husbands sisters became my sisters to. I love them all and wish I could take away some of their pain as you have left us so soon. I pray for all the family, you will be so missed. You were only 11 years old when I met you, and you always treated me good. Love you for being you and loving me. We will never forget our April.
