Bertha Lorraine Dorman Mason, age 78, of Fairfield, OH formerly of Covington, KY passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2013 at the Hospice of Hamilton in Fairfield, OH. She was a homemaker and member of John Wesley United Methodist Church in Cincinnati, OH. She is survived by her Husband: Ronald E. Mason; Daughters: Rhonda (Ralph) Iles and Karen (Glenn) Herald; Sons: Ronald L. Mason, Timothy H. Mason and Tommy A. Mason; Special Friend and Son: Jack Gross; Sister: Ruby (Don) Miller; Brothers: William (Barbara) Dorman and Fred (Myrna) Dorman; Grandchildren: Heather, Joseph, Nicole Dawn, Nicole Lynn, Jason, Kelli, Carly, Matthew and the late Jessica; Great Grandchildren: Brandon, Payton, Dilon, Nolan and Taylor. Visitation and Funeral Service will be held private for the family at Connley Brothers Funeral Home in Latonia, KY with Interment to follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. My deepest sympathy to the entire family. She is a part of some of my fondest childhood memories. From going shopping with the gang to Value City or going out to dinner to Chi-Chi’s, swimming or many, many sleepovers at the house. She was such a sweet lady, may she rest in peace and may you find comfort in all the great memories and her legacy. When I think of her, it makes me smile. Thoughts and prayers to you all.
My sincere condolences to a wonderful family. Lorraine was one of the nicest people I think I ever had the pleasure to meet. I know she is in heaven with all the loved ones who have been waiting for this beautiful angel.
I will always remember the times that i stayed at ur house with Heather and Nicole!! On Christmas we would always go to your families Christmas get to gathers! You were always sweet and nice to me you always made me feel welcome in your home! Thank you! You will be missed!
Aunt Lorraine..Bertha..I have mass memories,good times.yes the camping at big bone the wknds at your house we all will miss you terribly,was sorry to hear you was sick,now you are in Gods arms forever. I will have tears of sorrow but will have a smile knowing you are with Grandpa an watching over us ! I love you and prayers are in abundance for all your family.
Aunt Lorraine, I have so many wonderful memories. Camping, Friday night TV and popcorn , family gatherings, shopping, and staying with you. Being around you I was always laughing. I will have a special spot in my heart for you. I will miss your smile. I love you. Your other daughter. And may God be with all the family.
