Betty Wing, 96, of Covington, KY passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2022. She was a homemaker and member of St. Mark United Church of Christ. Betty was a member of the American Legion Post #203, Calvary Baptist Young at Heart, Latonia Christian Senior Center and Edgewood Senior's. She was preceded in death by her loving husband: Howard Wing. Betty is survived by her children: Yvonne (Roger) Becknell, Greg (Paula) Wing and Perry (Melissa) Wing; grandchildren: Stacie (Jamie) Ashford, Ashley (Derek) Mullins, Bradley (Britni) Wing, Amy (Ben) Winkler, Shawn Wing, Jeremy (Shannon) Wing and Adam (Olivia) Wing and 10 great-grandchildren. Visitation will take place at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, 11 East Southern Avenue, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015 on Saturday, March 5, 2022 from 9:30 AM until the Funeral Service at 11:00 AM. Entombment will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill, KY. Memorials are suggested to: St. Mark United Church of Christ, 224 East 38th Street, Latonia, KY 41015. Thoughts and prayers for the Wing family. We will truly miss our beautiful neighbor and her wonderful smile. We will cherish the memories over the last 30 or so years. Betty watched as our kids grew and shared in all of their milestones. My son never hesitated to go over to mow her lawn or shovel her walkway. My kids loved the cookies, popsicles and candy that she always sent them back home with. Thank you, Yvonne, for allowing Betty's porch goose and my porch goose to remain connected. They are dressed up in their spring attire and I will think of your mom every time I pass them by. Much love and hugs!!!
