Billy E. Richardson, 41, of Florence, KY, passed away August 22, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Health Care in Florence. Billy was a 1993 graduate of Holmes High School. He attended Community Services of Northern Kentucky. Billy was preceded in death by his mother Donna Richardson in 2004. He is survived by his father: Mike Richardson; brother: Scott (Mandy) Richardson; sisters: Amy (Brian) Godbey and Gina Richardson and 3 nieces and 3 nephews. Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Mother of God Cemetery. The staff at Community Services Adult Day Care are praying for all of you, especially Amy and Jane. We still remember Billy’s first day and how he always smiled and was so happy every day. Billy was a sweet gentle person who reminded us to find joy in every day as he did. We miss him as do his friends at the Center. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
