Carl C. Mark, 77, passed away at his residence in Covington, Kentucky on Saturday, March 5, 2016. He was a Civil Engineer for 42 years with the Army Corps of Engineers, Ohio River Division. He was an Army Veteran and a member of the Louisville American Legion Post # 0200. Carl enjoyed playing Mah Jongg with several groups and he enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with his family and friends. Carl is survived by his wife: Judy Stratman Mark; daughters: Jerlyn (David Kordenbrock) Piccirillo and Emily Simpson; son: John C. Simpson; grandchildren: Justin K. Simpson and Angie Piccirillo; sister: Virginia (Gene) Fisher and brother: Warren Mark. Services have been held at Connley Brothers Funeral Home in Latonia, Kentucky.
