Charles Edward Brahl, age 72, of Latonia, KY passed away on Thurs., Sep. 13, 2012 at his home. He was a Retired Road Construction Foreman and also Retired from the I.R.S. in Covington, KY. He was a Graduate of Covington Holmes High School and an Avid Golfer. Charles was also a Navy Veteran. Charles is survived by his Daughter: Rhonda Brahl Studer of Covington, KY; Sister: Nancy C. Poe of Latonia, KY; 1 Grandson: Chad E. Brahl of Covington, KY;1 Niece; 3 Nephews and 5 Great Nephews. The Visitation will be on Monday, September 17, 2012 at Connley Brothers Funeral Home in Latonia, KY from 10 AM until the Funeral Service at 12 NOON. I had the pleasure of serving Charlie at Lynna’s Grill over the last several years.Charlie and his buddies came every Wednesday morning.I can’t tell you how many times he made my day with just his smile.He was one of the great guys left in this world.I will truly miss him.I just found out that he pass today or I would had most definetly paid my respects. Charlie was one of my good friends going back to the 50’s.
We went to Holmes together.
I last saw him in July at Perry Park.
Charlie was a good guy; one that everyone loved.
We will all miss him.
