Constance Lee "Connie" Hernandez, 80, of Crestview, KY passed away on Wednesday, August 11, 2021. She was a retired teacher and a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church, Milford, OH. Connie is survived by her husband of 56 years: Richard Samuel Hernandez; children: Michael (Lora) Hernandez, Dawn Bergmann, Mark (Lee Anne) Hernandez, Matthew (Kate) Hernandez and Wendy Hernandez; siblings: Carolyn Stoner, Myrtle Momyer and Marcia (Neal) Varner; 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Connie donated her body to the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. A celebration of her life will be scheduled for a later date.
