David A. Mastin, 64, of Latonia, KY, passed away on Sunday, January 29, 2012 at his home. He was a retired Printing Company Machinist. David also served in the United States Army.

He was preceded in death by his Parents: William and Mary Lee Dumbrow Mastin and Brother: Scott Mastin. David is survived by his Wife: Vicki Mastin of Latonia, KY, Son: Matt (Rachel) Mastin of Southgate, KY, Daughter: Penny Mastin (Ed) Bonhaus of Union, KY, Grandchildren: Riley & Addison Bonhaus and Sister-in-Law: Marlene Mastin of Latonia, KY.

Visitation will at Connley Brothers Funeral Home in Latonia, Kentucky from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM Tuesday, January 31, 2012, with the Funeral Service at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, February 1, 2012. Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery in Grants Lick, KY.

Dave started with Western States Envelope on October 2, 1995 and rose to the title of 3rd Shift Supervisor until his retirement on October 31, 2008. Dave was also one of the first employees to receive our perfect attendance awards. Dave’s dedication for, and towards, the people and positions held at Western States will greatly be missed.
