David A. Recker, 67, of Independence, KY passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Edgewood, KY. He retired from Lyons Foods in Florence, KY, where he was a Safety Supervisor. He was a member of Independence Senior Center and he enjoyed fishing, camping and the outdoors. David is survived by his Grandchildren: Daren Fetick and Christian Plumley; Sisters: Roberta Hamm and Alma (Charles) Fry and Brother: Kenneth (Claire) Recker. Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, 11 East Southern Avenue, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015. Committal Service and Interment will be on Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens Chapel in Taylor Mill, KY.
