Deborah Kathleen "Debbie" Kipp, 71, of Milford, OH, passed away on Thursday, May 21, 2026. She was a retired bookkeeper. Debbie loved going to bingo, watching the Reds and Bengals. She enjoyed anything with numbers and finances. Debbie was preceded in death by her parents: Martin and Helen Nolan; husbands: Leonard Kipp and Richard Cox; and brothers: Timothy Nolan, Matthew Nolan, and Michael Nolan. She is survived by her children: Steven (Erika) Peck and Beverly Gray; brothers: Patrick (Liz) Nolan and Gregory Nolan; grandchildren: Tony, Emma, Austin, Simon, Ben and Henry; niece: Kameelah and nephews: Timmy and Tyler. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to SPCA of Cincinnati, 11900 Conrey Road, Cincinnati, OH 45249 in honor of Debbie's love of animals.
