Debra "Debby" Lynn Fogle, 66, of Covington (Latonia), KY, passed away on Friday, September 25, 2026. She attended Newport High School and earned her associates degree from the University of Phoenix. Debby loved nature. She was an animal lover, butterfly/bug lover and caretaker. Debby loved and adored her dog: Girlfriend, and her cat: Moose. She was an avid reader and loved to self-educate herself. Debby was preceded in death by her siblings: Brenda Fogle, Randy (living: Nobuko) Fogle and Gary Fogle. She is survived by her mother: Louetta Oldiges; the children of her heart: Jamie Tye-Smith and Jasmine Tye; aunt: Faye Orcutt; niece: Melissa (Amanda Lunsford) Fogle and loving, supporting friends: Sharon Piccirillo and Robin Smith. Keeping in line with her constant pursuit of knowledge, Debby thoughtfully donated her body to the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine for education and research.
