Meredith, I am so sorry for the loss of one incredible guy! I will never forget your dad’s fun loving, upbeat personality. He was always so involved and dedicated to his kids and their friends. I remember he told me that coffee will stunt my growth and stain my teeth! I still think of that comment from time to time and it brings a smile to my face. Your dad was pure joy to be around and his presence will be missed. I know he’s so proud of you. My thoughts and prayers are with you guys. Prayers for peace and comfort in such a difficult time. Love, Shannon McDevitt

A special person. I remember first time I met D, he had that massive fro, and carried it off. Sharing the house on Darleen Court in Richmond. Throwing together a flag football team at EKU, him playing QB with a cigarette dangling out of his mouth. My first date with Cathy and all of us going to see Lowell George at Bogarts in Cincy. D had that easy going, street-wise personality, that I admired. Thanks for taking me along for the ride.

Sending Prayers and condolences to the Craven family and to Bob and Connie. Dennis was a wonderful Beta brother and friend. Remembering all of the parties and dances with "Bags". All our love from the Dukes family.

first of all I want to say how sorry I am about your loss. I was a class of 75 At Holmes High. I knew Denny and had classes with him. He was a very funny guy the kind you couldn't wait to hang out with, Like many people from our class I am sorry that I didn't get to hang out more after we left school. We lost another classmate the same day as Denny so live your life to the fullest and have some fun. Hold on to those good memories of him. Bless your whole family.

I am very sorry for the family at this time. I didn’t know Dennis very well. I work at the Lawrenceburg Eagles and had met him a few times and he was so cool what a joy to know him.

In our lives we are lucky to meet a handful of people that are really special. Every moment, encountering them is beyond beautiful and above expectations. Dennis " The Kentucky Wildcat " was one of those people for me and everyone I know who was lucky to meet him.In our last co versatile he emphasized to go for it and take dead aim at the pin.Dennis always knew the right path. I'll do my best to live on in his honor doing those things. I'll always remember and miss you my great friend. LOL Ken

We were very saddened to hear of Dennis' passing. We have many fond memories of times spent with him and his family, particularly visiting them in Tucson, AZ and spending a week long two family vacation road trip throughout Colorado. He was always so nice and enjoyable to be around and we are certain he will be deeply missed. Our sympathy to all of the family.
