Dennis Wayne Dallas, 75, of Florence, KY, passed away on Friday, August 1, 2025. He was often referred to as "Dink", "Stinky", "Dad", "Daddy" and "Pa" by his friends and family. Dink was a 1967 graduate of Boone County High School. He went on to attend Eastern Kentucky University and attended a management program with Dobbs House. As he continued his working years with Dobbs House, Dink relocated 9 times throughout his career and retired after 25 years of service. He then went on to work with the Boone County Child Support Office until his final retirement. From Dink's family, "too". Dink was preceded in death by his parents: Dorothy Soard Dallas and Woodrow "Woody" Soard and brothers: David (living: Maria) Dallas and Danny Dallas. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years: Nancy Massengale Dallas; daughters: Mindy Dallas and Missy Dallas; brother: Stephen (Char) Dallas; sister: Tracy (Wayne) Soard Young; sister-in-law: Linda (Doug) Hembree; grandchildren: Alexandra (Luis) Zuluaga King and Megan (Tarif Pewett) King and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Dink was a giving member of the University of Cincinnati Body Donation Program. A Celebration of life for Dink will take place at a later date at the convenience of the family.
