Donald J. Neff, 79, of Covington, KY passed away on Friday, July 2, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Edgewood, KY. Donald was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Covington, KY and he was a retired facilities manager with the Diocesan Catholic Children's Home. He is survived by his partner of 37 years and husband of 5 years: Donald Joe Will; sister: Joyce Williamson and 6 nieces and nephews. A Memorial Gathering will begin at 10:00 AM and last until the Memorial Service at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at Trinity Episcopal Church, 16 West 4th. Street, Covington, KY 41011. Connley Brothers Funeral Home in Latonia, KY is serving the family. Memorial donations are suggested to Trinity Episcopal Church.
