Michael Wolking, 71, of Fort Wright, KY passed away on Monday, January 27, 2020. He was a retired HVAC salesman and former co-owner of KW Mechanical in Latonia, KY. Mike was a member of St. Benedict Parish, St. Benedict Holy Name Society, Latonia Business Association and the Sixth Ward Social Club. He was preceded in death by his parents: Earle and Virginia Wolking and beloved uncle: Col. Jake Wolking. Mike is survived by his loving wife: Jenny Wolking; children: Ryan Wolking, Tara (Alex Philipps) Wolking and Kyle Wolking and grandchildren: Trenten Wolking, Carson Philipps and Spencer Philipps. Visitation will be on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at St. Benedict Church, 338 East 17th Street, Covington, KY 41014 from 10:00 AM until the Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00 PM. Interment: Mother of God Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the charity of the donor's choice. Connley Brothers Funeral Home in Latonia, KY is serving the family. I'm an only child. In many ways, Mike was my older brother. Mike was an only child. In many ways, I was his younger brother. In so many ways, we helped each other grow up until we went our separate ways. I am very proud of Mike and all he did and all he accomplished. Rest well, bro.
