Ethel T. Durr, 96, of Taylor Mill, KY, born in Cincinnati, OH on July 17, 1918, passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at her home. She attended Calvary Baptist Church in Latonia, KY. Ethel worked for the Kenton County School District and retired after many years of service as the secretary for the Taylor Mill Elementary School. She was a member of the Starlighters Dance Club and enjoyed playing the piano. She was preceded in death by her Parents: Frederick and Myrtle Thullen; Dear Twin Sister: Edith Neltner and Baby Brother: Frederick Thullen, Jr. Ethel is survived by her Loving Husband: Albert Durr of Taylor Mill, KY; Sons: Michael (Jane) Durr of Cincinnati, OH and Jeffery Durr of Taylor Mill, KY; Grandchildren: Jeffrey (Niki) Durr, Kristy (Nick) Owens and Timothy Durr; Great-Grandchildren: Natalie, Audrey, Taylor, Lily, Aliyah and Carter and 8 Nieces and Nephews. Visitation will be on Friday, February 6, 2015 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Connley Brothers Funeral Home in Latonia, KY. Funeral Service will be on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 10:00 AM at Connley Brothers Funeral Home. Interment will be at Highland Cemetery in Ft. Mitchell, KY. I am so sorry to hear of your Mother’s passing. I will fondly remember her helping me get acclimated to Taylor Mill when I first started to teach there. Hugs to all.
