Just read the sad news in the 2021 HC Herald mailing. My sincerest condolences to the family. Gene and I graduated together at Holy Cross 1976 and I have fond memories of Gene. Would visit with him after HC weekend masses occasionally and our most recent class reunion as well. RIP Gene!

Had a chance to get to know Gene through working the Holy Cross Major Raffle booth at the festival every year and got to know his son Andrew through the Holy Cross Men's weekend in 2020. Very sorry to hear this loss. God bless the Whittle Family.

Gene will be greatly missed. We met at Four Seasons when I was a server there. Gene helped me to consider getting into Real Estate. He was a character and always had an upbeat attitude. Prayers to the family.

I had the pleasure of working with Gene at American Modern. We spent 6 weeks together in training and not a day went by that he didn’t make each of us laugh. What a gift. His kindness and quick wit will be missed. Peace be with you, Jay, and all of your family.
Kim Ollier - Apr 6, 2021
Forever in my heart! Love you.
