Evelyn D. Brown, age 88, of Covington, KY passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Health Care in Edgewood, KY. She was a member of Philippus United Church of Christ in Cincinnati, OH and had worked at Overhead Door in Latonia, KY as well as a Telephone Operator with Cincinnati Bell. Evelyn was preceded in death by her Husband: Kenneth Brown, Jr. in 1981. She is survived by her Son: Kenneth Y. Brown, III and a Niece: Vicke Rice Wiethorn. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 14, 2013 from 4 PM until 7 PM at Connley Brothers Funeral Home in Latonia, KY. Funeral Service at Connley Brothers Funeral Home in Latonia, KY on Thursday, August 15, 2013 at 10:00 AM. Interment in Floral Hills Cemetery. Kenny – May peace be with you. I recall fond memories of your mother from our childhood days. Especially remember the candy drawer and how it was so exciting to be at your house and have her open that drawer! Thoughts are with you.
