Florence King Faulconer, age 96, of Covington, KY, passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at Ivy Knoll Senior Living. Florence was a homemaker, she loved her family and she enjoyed cooking. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Covington, KY. She was preceded in death by her first husband: George Russell King and her second husband: Roy Thomas Faulconer. She was also preceded in death by her son: Harold Wayne Dwelly. She is survived by her daughter: Connie (Walter) Smith; sister: Mattie Jett; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 11 AM until time of services at 1 PM on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, 11 E. Southern Ave., Covington (Latonia), KY 41015. Interment: Forest Lawn. We are so sorry to hear about your loss. Losing a loved one isn’t easy. Our loving God invites us at 1 Peter 5:7 ” to throw all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you.” May God give you courage and strength to sustain you in the days ahead. At John 5:28,29 Jesus spoke about a resurrection for our loved ones. These verses helped me to cope with the death of my brother and father may it do the same for you and your family.
