Gary Wayne Estes, 68, of Latonia, KY, passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2023. He was a former roofer with Estes Roofing. Gary was preceded in death by his parents: Herman and Jessie Estes, Sr. He is survived by his children: Debbie, Dana, Carrie and Sherry; siblings: Manus (Theresa) Withers, Sandy Davis and Herman Estes, Jr.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will take place at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, 11 East Southern Avenue, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015 on Friday, May 26, 2023 from 4:00 PM until the Funeral Service at 6:00 PM. Interment will take place at 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at Phelps Cemetery, 2260 West Highway 92, Jamestown, KY 42629. So sorry to all the Estes family, especially Blake. Yes you are going to miss Gary, all of us are. But you just keep him in your heart, and remember the great memories. Adam kind of thought Gary as a brother. They exchanged stories of back in the day. Our family thought a lot of him. Gary, you earned your wings! Fly high and you will be so missed!

I miss you papa with out you here I’m lost never thought I would have to say goodbye bye papa I wish I could time travel I would go back to the first day and start over papa everybody keeps saying your gone but i know it’s not true i know I’ll see you again one day I just hope it’s soon I miss you papa I wish you wouldn’t just come back you got many people that love you down here you left me to early Im not ready for this life with out you it was always you and me I can’t do this alone papa please come back home it’s quite and lonely here with out you 😭😭😭😞😔

Debbie turner your daughter loved you very much you are deeply missed she has been numb lost and confused She was stopping down your house a few times a week checking on you on her way home from work The day she found you First person she called was your brother Lou devastated and lost hurt and heart broken I\\\\\\\'m guessing at the point Lou had taken the rings and figuring out everything from the lay out to your belongings Your life insurance paper work your will Hopefully when things settle done All your kids Gary can come together with Lou And figure out about doing a walk through your home to collect memories together R.I.P Gary Estes Watch over your family and loved ones
