Harry Lee Birch, 71, of Cookeville, TN, formerly of Latonia, KY passed away on Monday, January 2, 2017. He was a 1964 graduate of Holy Cross High School, a Veteran of the U.S. Navy and a member of Holy Cross Church. Harry was preceded in death by his parents: Harry and Charlotte Birch. He is survived by his daughter: Kelly Birch Hines; son: Brian (Stephanie) Birch; step-daughters: Debbie (Courtney) Fisher, Renee Sherman and Danielle (Dan) Cates; sisters: Charlene Frasier and Sylvia Jackson; brother: David (Eileen) Birch and numerous grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2017 from 9:00 AM until the Catholic Blessing at 11 AM at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, 11 East Southern Avenue, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015. I remember him well from the days at Holy Cross High School.
I hadn’t seen Harry since 1962 when I graduated from there.
