I am sorry to be late but a few things. I, like Tim and my other softball geeks, will miss my time competing against Harry. We all played at The times at Meinken and the other Covington fields. As a player I could count on Harry fielding a great team and as an umpire I loved that Harry, when challenged about whether someone was on his roster, would toss the phone book on the field. Love the guy and wish the best for Andy and the rest of his family.

To Donna, Greg, Andy, and the entire Laible Family: I have had the privilege of knowing and being Harry’s friend for over 50 years. He was truly a unique person and character and the type of person you don’t come across in life very often. He was truly special and I am very proud to have been a friend of his and the Laible family all these years. Harry’s passing has enabled me to recall all the fun and great times I had playing softball with his teams at FOPA and Meinken Fields - what a blessing it was to be a part of that. He was such a fun person to be around and there will never be another one quite like him. I know he has touched many lives and he certainly touched mine. I will always cherish and remember all the great times we had together. May God bless his soul and his family.
