Helen Angela Fariello

August 6, 1932 - February 7, 2020

Helen Angela Fariello, 87, of DeMossville, KY passed away on Friday, February 7, 2020. She was a retired bookkeeper for St. Elizabeth Hospital and a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church. Helen loved socializing with her family and friends, cooking Italian food and playing cards, especially euchre. She was preceded in death by her loving husband: Vincent Fariello; sons: Patrick Fariello and Joseph Fariello and grandson: Brian Hazel. Helen is survived by her daughter: Connie (Sam) Hazel; son: Tony (Tonja) Fariello; 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 13782 Decoursey Pike, Morning View, KY 41063 on Sunday, February 9, 2020 at 2:00 PM. My Great Grandma, was an amazing strong women. She was always there when I needed someone to talk to. She would always like to help me in the best way she knew how. She would always tell me how proud of me she was and how I was going to achieve big things some day. She always was smiling and laughing and any room she walked into, she could light it up with joy. She never stopped giving up on things she believed in. She was always doing so much for our family. She cared about giving rather than recieving from people. She was my pen pal friend I would write to every day. She was my special light that I needed in my life. I love my great grandma so much and continue to think about how she is doing up in heaven.
