Ida R. Neal, 58, of Highland Heights, KY passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at U.C. Medical Center in Cincinnati, OH. She was a member of Crescent Springs Baptist Church and enjoyed dancing, arts and crafts, cooking and spending time with her grandchildren. Ida was preceded in death by her Sons: Dwayne Luttrell and Thomas Luttrell and Parents: Harry and Shirley Sullivan. Ida is survived by her Loving Husband: Paul L. Neal; 3 Grandchildren; Sisters: Ruth and Libby and Brothers: Harry, Larry, Claude and Chris. Visitation will be on Friday, May 27, 2016 from 2:00 PM until the Funeral Service at 4:00 PM at Crescent Springs Baptist Church, 627 Buttermilk Pike, Crescent Springs, KY 41017.
