Ida “Louise” Runyan Skinner, age 80, of Covington, KY passed away on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at Woodcrest Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Elsmere, KY. She was the Resident Manager of Quail Hollow Apartments and prior to that she had worked at Safeco in Cincinnati, Ohio and Kenwood, Ohio and also worked at Wood Underwriters Insurance Agency. She was also a member of Runyan Memorial Christian Church in Latonia, KY. Louise is survived by her Daughter: Patty (Frank Barrett) Kerns; Son: Tim (Shelley) Skinner; Nieces, Nephews, Step-Grandchildren and Step- Great Grandchildren. A celebration of life service is planned from 6 PM until 10 PM on Friday, June 7, 2013 at the Edgewood Senior Center 550 Freedom Park Drive Edgewood, KY 41017.
