Jack L. Sayers, 78, of Burlington, KY, in the care of Hospice of Bluegrass, passed away peacefully at home Wednesday night with his family by his side. Jack retired from Ford Development Corp and was a member of International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 18. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Russell and Thomas Sayers. Jack is survived by his wife of 58 years, Barbara (Rohling) Sayers of Burlington. One son, Todd L (Pam) Sayers of Union, KY. Two daughters Alice M. Sayers of Burlington and Amanda (Craig) Hoerst of Burlington, his sister, Mary Jane (Bob) Richter of Maineville, OH. Three grandchildren, Lauren, Joshua, and Samantha. Visitation will be on Monday, July 28, 2014 from 8:30 am until Mass of Christian Burial begins at 10:00 am at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, 5876 Veterans Way, Burlington, KY.Online condolences may be made at www.connleybrothersfuneralhome.com

We are so sorry for your loss. Jack was the best, when I needed help when Forrest was out of town Jack was always there for me. He will be missed. He is in a better place and at peace now.
