Jackie Lee Embry, 76, of Independence, KY, passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2018. He was born in Newport, KY to late James B. and Gertrude M. Embry. He retired with Duro Paper Bag as a Machine Tender with 46 years of service. Jackie enjoyed spending time with family and tinkering with cars. In addition to his parents, Jackie was preceded in death by his beloved wife: Nola F. Embry; brothers: James Embry, Nelson Embry and Orval Embry and sisters-in-law: Dorothy Marie Embry, Maxine Embry and Mary Lou Embry. Jackie is survived by his sons: Jeffrey Embry and Gregory (Nancy Scrogham) Embry and brother: Earl Embry. Services will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
