James Davey "David" Turner, 67, of Pembroke Pines, FL, formerly of Covington, KY, passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2023. He was a self-employed construction contractor, a US Army Veteran, and a Kentucky Colonel. David was an avid bible collector, enjoyed bible studies, and golfing. He was preceded in death by his parents: Elmer and Wilma Turner and brother: Charles Turner. David is survived by his sister: Janet Murphy; brother: John Turner; nieces: Rebecca Turner, Christina Turner; and Stephanie Turner; great nephews: Seth Cutright and Collin Couch; great-niece: Abigail Couch and great-great-niece: Emily Cutright. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 from 11:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 PM (Noon) at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, 11 East Southern Avenue, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015. Interment with military honors will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell, KY.
