James Edward Penick, 83, of Hebron, KY, passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2022. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran and self-employed painter. Jim enjoyed fitness training, fishing and automobiles. He was preceded in death by his daughter: Rhonda Lynn Mains. Jim is survived by his grandchildren: Bruce (Natasha) Barkley, Nick (Lauren) Barkley and Paige (Adam) Koger; siblings: Phyllis Ann Yeager, Linda Hatley, Larry Penick, Robert Hatley and David Hatley and numerous great-grandchildren.
