James "Jim" Patrick Cassidy, 88, Taylor Mill, KY passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2020. He was a member of St. Anthony Parish, a retired carman with CSX Railroad and a former member of the Covington Moose Lodge # 1469 in Taylor Mill, KY. Jim enjoyed traveling the world with his wife, painting, golf and fishing. He could always be seen walking around Latonia. Jim was preceded in death by his loving wife: Frances L. Cassidy; daughter: Jacqueline Lape and sister: Betty Schulte. He is survived by his daughters: Patricia (Steve Hunziker) Cassidy, Peggy Battaglia, Angela Gibson, Carolyn Cassidy and Elizabeth (Levi) Knight; sons: Rick (Sharon) Cassidy and Joe Cassidy; sister: Rita (the late:Bob) Smiley; 12 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Due to current regulations a private Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Anthony Church. (Masks and Social Distancing are required). Memorials are suggested to St. Anthony Church, 485 Grand Avenue, Taylor Mill, KY 41015. Connley Brothers Funeral Home, Latonia is serving the family.
