James Reid Mann, 87, of Covington, KY, passed away on Sunday, January 29, 2023. He was a heavy equipment operator and was involved in the construction of I-75 and I-275. Jim was known as a really good guy who would give you the shirt off of his back. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years: Connie Mann; children: Jim, Jr., Pam, Becky, Cathy and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Jim was preceded in death by his daughter: Debbie.
